Crunchy cranberry, rosewater, white pepper, tart cherries and a hint of white chocolate. I feel like I’m walking through a brambly forest with wet soil as I arrive at the most beautiful little fairy house I have ever seen. Magic.
Pair with sauteed mushroom crostini, rosemary or tandoori chicken, grilled salmon niçoise salad, or cacio e pepe.

Vineyard notes
We learned lessons about growing graciano from the 2020 heat spikes. We adjusted our watering schedule, and kept a close eye on the canopy and the flavors. It paid off with a beautiful and bountiful crop.Production notes
We are going after a very specific style here. To capture that fresh, crunchy berry with energy to match, we experimented with how many days carbonic (11, 18, and 21) before being sent to press. This gave us a spice rack to play with, and everyone knows… I love options. Graciano can be incredibly savory and hugely tannic, so coaxing freshness requires attention and care. After carefully blending the three separate lots we ended up with a party in a glass.
