FAQ

HOW DO I PURCHASE WINE?

To purchase wine you must live in one of the ten states listed below and sign up for the Two Wolves Tribe. Once signed up we will email you with an invitation to purchase our limited production wines twice a year. The wines are sold on a first come first served basis. 

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We are a very small winery, though we would love to share our wines with the world, currently we ship to the following states: CA, MO, NY, TX, PA, NV, MI, IL, FL, and D.C.

Please check back in the spring as we hope to make the wine available in more states.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?

Our carrier of choice is FEDEX. You may choose the speed of service, though we recommend overnight. We recommend shipping to a home or office where a person 21 years or older will be present to receive and sign for the package to avoid delayed or returned shipment. You may have the wines shipped to or held at your local FEDEX ship center.

This wine ships from Santa Barbara County, California. Shipping time may vary depending on order day, time, and destination.

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination of shipment.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD PACKAGES IF INCLEMENT WEATHER POSES A RISK TO THE QUALITY OF THE WINE. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IMMEDIATELY IF SHIPMENT IS DELAYED.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNED PACKAGE POLICY?

If your package is returned to us because there was not a person present at the given address to sign for it, we're gonna drink it. But, if you really want it to be re-shipped, you will be required to pay the carrier return fee (80% of original shipping charge), a $10 re-processing fee, and the new shipping charge. Contact Us directly to coordinate the re-ship.

You can also opt to receive a refund on your shipment minus the carrier return fee.

 IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

Absolutely, our shipping boxes are made from recycled cardboard and can be re-used or recycled. 

 DO YOU HAVE A TASTING ROOM OR HOST WINERY TOURS?

At this time we are not licensed for either. 

 DO YOU SELL YOUR WINE IN RESTAURANTS AND RETAIL SHOPS?

We do not currently sell in restaurants or retail because of our small production, however please stay tuned for updates in 2019.

 DO YOU EXPORT YOUR WINE?

We do not currently export our wine.
