2021 Block Four

A cool, dry winter and spring: slow and steady. Late budbreak, no crazy heat waves. Higher yields gave us plenty to play with. Harvested just before All Hallows’ Eve and treated like royalty, here you have a wine that will last a long time.

Juicy plum, black cherry, vanilla wafer, oregano, cumin, and cassis on the nose lead to mouthwatering but fine tannins on the palate and a long, beautiful, lifted finish.

Pair this with Leon Bridges or some butter chicken.
