How to Purchase
If you received an allocation offer, please follow the directions below to complete your purchase. You may select one package. All wines are sold on a first come, first served basis.
At the time of your release:
- Log in to your Tribe account here (you will not be able to access wines before your scheduled release time).
- Click "Purchase Allocation" located on your account page.
- Make one allocation selection and proceed to checkout.
SHIPPING
We will begin shipping out the week of March 10th - weather dependent*
Your order confirmation email will include the deadline for updating your shipping address or adjusting your ship date. Please send any shipping amendment requests to tribe@twowolveswine.com by that deadline.
Please ship to an address where an adult will be present at time of delivery, as an adult signature is required. We suggest shipping to a business address if possible and using FedEx Delivery Manager to request a hold if needed.
Returned, and re-routed packages will incur additional shipping fees. Please review our shipping policy for more information.
Shipping Changes
If you would like us to delay your shipment, or change your shipping information please email us at tribe@twowolveswine.com and include your order number no later than Sunday, February 16th. We recommend using FedEx Delivery Manager to request that FedEx holds your package for pickup if needed.
Shipping Recommendations
California Residents: Standard ground or 2-day shipping.
Outside of California: Overnight or 2-day shipping.
*We take weather conditions into consideration prior to shipping. However, we are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit. We highly encourage you to choose faster shipping to keep the wine safe from extreme temperatures.
